      <image:caption>In 2016, High Street acquired the land located at 710 Demonbreun Street in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. In the following years, the firm would partner up with Starwood Capital Group and Crescent Real Estate to design and develop the 1 Hotel Nashville. Enclosed within an 18-story tower, the hotel includes 215 guest rooms, a wellness spa, and a rooftop bar and event deck. After opening in June 2022, the 1 Hotel, Starwood Capital Group’s award-winning luxury, eco-conscious and lifestyle hotel brand, quickly became known as the premier hotel product in the Nashville market. The hotel design includes a common podium with the Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown and is joined by a four-story lobby, conference area and public restaurant/retail space.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>In conjunction with the 1 Hotel development project next door, High Street, Starwood Capital Group, and Crescent Real Estate also developed a 30-story Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel tower. The hotel features 506 guest rooms, a rooftop swimming pool &amp; bar, and a plethora of other amenities. This project was delivered on the same 1.3-acre parcel of land that High Street acquired in 2016, directly across from Nashville’s Music City Center, a $625 million convention center development that hosts large group events such as concerts, corporate conferences, and trade shows. The hotel design includes a common podium with the 1 Hotel Nashville and is joined by a four-story lobby, conference area and public restaurant/retail space.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>High Street has partnered with RGP Partners, an Aspen-based real estate investment and development company, and ACRON Real Estate Investments, a Switzerland-based investment group with real estate investment experience across Europe and the United States, to acquire and redevelop the Westin Snowmass Resort into an Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott, called The Viewline Resort. The Resort features 254 guest rooms, inclusive of 17 suites, and boasts easy access to the slopes, dining, shopping and nightlife. The Resort offers restaurants, an on-site coffee shop, a spa, mountainside heated pool, hot tub &amp; sun deck, a modernized fitness center, private ski and bike valet, and 25,000 square feet of state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including an 11,800 square-foot ballroom. Beginning in April 2021, the property underwent a transformational renovation that touched all aspects of the hotel, from guestrooms and food &amp; beverage outlets to the arrival experience and lobby.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>High Street Real Estate Partners and Eagle Four Partners announced the joint venture acquisition of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in the fall of 2018. The Sheraton is the largest hotel in Denver and the second largest in Colorado. Since acquisition, the venture has completed a strategic $85 million renovation of the hotel which included complete guestroom and public space redesigns to coincide with Marriott International’s re-launch of the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts brand. As a result, the Sheraton Denver Downtown is now viewed as the flagship for the new Sheraton model in the United States. Located on the 16th Street Mall, a mile-long pedestrian promenade filled with outdoor bistros, shopping and entertainment and situated in the heart of Denver’s financial and business district, Sheraton Denver Downtown is one of Denver’s choice hotels for leisure and business travelers. Offering 1,238 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, 144,000 square feet of flexible event meeting room space and an award-winning, responsibly sourced food and beverage program, it is close to many local landmarks and arenas, including the Colorado Convention Center, Coors Field and much more. Hotel Amenities include a heated rooftop pool, a full fitness center and several on-site restaurants.</image:caption>

Wildwood Snowmass offers a laid-back, authentic mountain experience in a casual, hip environment. With 121 cozy rooms and suites, Wildwood is minutes from the slopes of Snowmass and village hotspots. The Bar at Wildwood, a casual beer hall ideal for après ski, dinner or late-night fun was renovated and rebranded into a new restaurant concept called “Last Chair” while the remainder of the property received significant guestroom and public space upgrades.</image:caption>

With the introduction of a new management team (Aimbridge Hospitality) and thoughtful capital investments, High Street brought the hotels to a higher quality tier. High Street exited these investments from 2015-2018 through four separate transactions.</image:caption>

Outside of the Seattle central business district, downtown Bellevue has the highest density of residential and office uses of any sub-market in the greater Seattle area and is home to companies such as T-Mobile, Verizon, Eddie Bauer, Puget Sound Energy and PACCAR. High Street exited this investment with a sale to Carey Watermark Investors in early 2016.</image:caption>
